I figured it out. In the top right corner there is a circle globe symbol. Weird that the language changed on its own and I had to change it back 🤔
Why does my profile have foreign characters instead of English? How do I change it back to English?

I did that but the notices when you click on it, it's still in characters, from a foreign language. (11)
