If you work from home, does it help or hinder you eating healthy and exercising? 

 

When I work from home, it's really hard for me not to keep going to the kitchen and snacking. It's also harder to get exercise since I don't need to commute. Going into the office, the food is farther away and I commute by bike and take the stairs. 🚲👩🏻‍💻
