That's for sure. There needs to be a class action lawsuit for not informing the employees.
Just found out by a fluke that our company stopped employer matched 401(k) contributions mid-May. Apparently they stopped them after they cleared bankruptcy. They also didn't notify anyone. This really stinks, it wasn't much that they contributed but about $130 a month. Still it's one of the supposed "perks" for working there. They sure are making it harder for people to want to stay and work for them!
