Aliens? #2

Say extraterrestrials do exist and they are unlike anything humans have ever seen. Do you think you'd be able to control your flight or fight reflex? I've tested this out myself with insects that are repulsive to me and it seems to be very difficult. If the insect comes near me, I want to run, I also have the simultaneous reflex to kill it. I really don't know how I would react if an extraterrestrial tried to approach me but I doubt it would be positive. What do you think?

I don't believe in visitors from out there. Or ufos. I do believe in ufos and visitors passing through from a future time though.

Hard to say. I just want to think they exist and they are better and wiser than humans.

Nothing ever gives me the "ew kill it" feeling, so I don't imagine that'd be a problem for me. More likely my curiosity would get the better of me. You know that scene in Prometheus (the Alien movie) where one of the scientists gets all "oh aren't you a little cutie pie?" with a baby alien? I definitely made fun of that character, and the movie for including such an idiot, but that would totally be me lolololol 🤣

chissà! forse avrei un po' paura ma poi bisogna vedere. Si ha sempre paura di quello che non si conosce

I think I'd totally freak out and my flight or fight response would take over, making it hard to think clearly! It's like my brain would be screaming "unknown danger, react now!" and I wouldn't be able to control my instincts.
