I've never heard of butter mochi. What doesn't it taste like?
My friends and I volunteered at an event today. We picked up some lunch before arriving so we wouldn't go hungry. The market we went to specialized in Hawaiian style foods. I grabbed a salmon/crawfish musubi, which I've never had and some butter mochi. The musubi was so good! I'll have try make my own sometime. I've only ever made it with Spam. The mochi was so tasty as well.
