Good Protein Amount (MP21)

Week 2 of eating 55g-70g of protein daily.

My muscles are stronger and don't get super sore anymore.

My appetite is more controlled. I don't crave sugar as much.

But the biggest difference is my poop. Yep. Since I had my gallbladder out about 4 years ago, my poop was often liquid.

With a higher protein diet, my poop is back to solid.

So if you have poop problems, higher your protein intake.
