New UK app

PPeople in UK are forced to change the app to UK version from 1 September, but app doesnt work and they need to instal UK one straigh away. But this new app doesnt work properly, Feeds not exist there so they can not finish challenges and got no points for last homework challenge too. My old app still is fine because My phone is older probably. I ask for them how will you emburst their challenges points and lost days to participate in challenges started already?
