This App not working good

By 7 pm today I was ready to collect my coins cost I did it I collect my 100 coins but went I was ready to collect the boxes the App freeze and don't let me, so I close and open the app like 3 times, after that only let me open one box so the other boxes not open, now it look like I star from cero. Any way I get my boxes back.? As you see I work so hard today and I deserve my boxes is like 112 points more that I loose. Thank you
