I was going to make chicken lo mein for dinner tonight. Unfortunately I forgot to pull the chicken from the freezer in time for it to thaw. I now have a dinner block and cannot, for the life of me come up with any other ideas. What should I make?! What are you going to have or already finished (I'm not sure if your time zone)?
