M14 Cashwalk ProblemsI'm currently getting this on my app for couple days now although I'm putting in my steps everyday. I'm not sure if it is due to being in another country at this time. I cannot even redeem my coins for gift cards.

    Are you traveling outside of your home country? If so then yes. This happened to me last year when I was in Vietnam. I came back after a month then they suspended my account..

      I believe so. I think they tracked you VPN or something like that. I had to give them plane tickets and travel arrangements..

      Thank you. Yes, will be South Korea for another week. I hope they don't suspend my account. I'm still able to post on the challenges and all just not see my weekly steps.

      Then I will plan on not opening the app at all while on my trip to be safe
