What is the problem with the new app!?

I really don't know what is the problem with this app... Since They forced me to make the new update to use the new app they are not giving me the coins.  

They only give ones, but not all.

I am trying to contact them via e-mail, in the past they used to answer, now not even a "received"

Yesterday I had to have the points for "ask cash walkers anything" on the 20th my coins of 10,000 steps

I am very organized and I keep track of every time I post I do a comment, I upload a picture in the different challenges and nothing.  Besides they raised the amount of coins and do not give the coins I have work on and deserve them....

I am not sure if they want to demotivat people or what is the new method they are using or if they are using any method at all....
