Came home early to mow since I haven't had time. I come in grab a quick snack (donut*see other post) and I hear drip drip drip. Every1 was outside and thus was in basement play area so no1 should be down there and sure enuff water. A copper pipe had rubbed a pin hole into itself. Emergency plumber cost 340 . I'll happily pay a pro to handle something fast for me. Still mowed too

I know how you feel, I have had water damage for 3 times for different reasons. Cost a lot to fix, luckily home owners insurance covered a lot of it. It still is a pain in the butt when happens. So sorry for your bad luck.
