50. Those are good ideas, maybe smoke detectors too?
What do you check and ask when you have a home demonstration of a new build? I only think of these:
- The water and electricity is running
- The flooring is nicely finished
- how to fix the tap / which company to find
- What to do if there is leaking
- How often to change the water filter in kitchen
