Motivation

I think I'm still struggling with the jet lag a little bit. I only managed just under five hours of sleep last night so I've been up since about 3:45 AM. I think I need a little motivation to get myself going today. Any suggestions?

    Set a timer for 10 minutes to tidy...unpack, shower, vacuum, make the bed, whatever you'd like to have done. I find the timer tricks my brain and I keep going

    The only motivation that I can suggest is caffeine. Hope you feel better soon.

    Take a short nap and wake up refreshed.

    Ouch!  Jet lag is a horrible feeling!   Try to stay in bed till 6am then get up and keep going all day then have an early night to try to reset yourself.
