19.1 - app issue

First off, I love the CashWalk app. I have made several hundred dollars in  giftcards with this app over a few years. This is not your standard whiney-assed complaining post.

 

I can't get the app to count my steps. The app is updated, I have cleared the cache, I have rebooted phone, and I've reset permissions (all things I have to do pretty regularly to make it work properly) but nothing is helping.

 

I know, i know, contact support. But why? They don't respond in a timely fashion. So I am looking for answers here. Anyone else have this problem with the latest update? Any solutions? My next step is to try to uninstall/reinstall  ๐Ÿคท‍โ™€๏ธ19.1 - app issue

      19.38 - I'm sorry he had issues. There are occasionally problems but I go long stretches with no problems at all.
