One of my family favorites.
1 cup of peanut butter
1cup of sugar (i only use half)
1 large egg
Mix well
spoon on non stick cookie sheet
Let cook 5 mins (they should still look "undone-ish"
Cool til they get a tad bit hard
Eat and enjoy ๐
