Have you ever had Borscht? 

Borscht is a traditional Eastern European soup, mainly associated with Ukrainian and Russian cuisines. Made with beets, it has a deep red color and often includes vegetables like onion, cabbage, potatoes, and carrots. Some versions contain meat, while others are vegetarian.

 I made a big pot with beef and all the veggies mentioned above! It's healthy and delicious!
