Steps didn't reset

Yesterday at midnight  my counter didn't reset, but everything else worked fine.  Today at midnight it didn't reset again, not at 12:55 I'm at over 6000 steps.

Any ideas on how to fix this?  T. I. A

    Mine didn't either and I noticed after collecting my counter reset to what it was before. Losing all points. :(

    Have you rebooted your phone to see if it resets after you do? Also check the store you download apps from on your device and ensure the app doesn't need any updates. Start there. You can try going into your Settings menu and finding your app list and finding CashWalk in the list and then click on it, look for and click storage and then clear the cache for the app. Take a screenshot before you do anything else of the amount of steps you have right now so if your problem persists you can attempt to contact Cash Walk directy

    IT WORKED!!  I'm back at zero. I had already  collected all the bonus coins boxes so I am done for the day.   I'm happy though.

      Did you reinstall the app?
      I have the same issue.
      I removed the cache as well but no luck.

      Sunroof, Yes I un-installed, then installed immediately after.  Logged in with same email and had it up and running in about 5 mins. Lost nothing, I'm super happy about that too.

    I think its more of an internal issue.  It glitched out again.  I don't want to have to uninstall & reinstall every time.
    We all might have to submit a ticket to get it fixed
