Uninstall the app, then reinstall it and set it up again and it'll be fine
Anyone else have a glitch with the app? My steps have not reset in the last couple days.

I basicly reset still have my coins but can't access gift cards.

Here peoplo who I know are having all same malfunctioning symtoms as you have. I think it is same to almost everyone.
