Missing the chest box (20-2)

I believe I'm missing the chest box after collecting 100 coins on reinstalled app at 3 am'ish on 8/28 before the support team posted the "important notice: update the app to fix step resetting issue" at 10:02pm 8/28. So reinstalled again just now 8:19 am 8/29/24 to see if the chest box comes back. No avail. Anyone can help? 

The following image is after collecting 100 coins from completing 10K Steps today. I made 2508 coins. 

This was adding 98 coins from daily lucky boxes and lottery totalling 2606. I have not collected extra steps beyond 10K yet:

This is after reinstalling for the second time this morning, not having the chest box on the lockscreen. 

So, I'm not able to collect the 2nd 100 coins for today. Although reinstallaction both times says the following:
