What happened to 100 coins a day?

Only been using this app a short time but why is it not letting me get 100 coins a day from steps anymore already? Thought it was meant to let you earn coins for 10,000 steps a day? It tells me I've earned my maximum before I get there. Is this a glitch or did the rules just change and I didn't notice?

    That shouldn't happen. The maximum you should be able to get each day is 200 coins for 20,000 steps, not including all the extra stuff. Are you using android or iOS??

      When I joined it said coins from steps are 1 coin for every 100 steps, up to a maximum of 100 coins (so 10,000 steps). Only downloaded it within the past couple of weeks. Using the iOS app. My iPhone widget also shows how many coins I've earned from steps as a ring to close - closing at 100. This is what it says and shows in the App Store so that's fine. 20,000 might be a legacy thing for you - i.e. that was probably the case when you signed up but not when I signed up. The coins from the lottery, daily boxes etc don't count towards the 100. But some days it's said I've earned my maximum step coins at ~8-9000 steps, then the little number on the total steps circle stops appearing after that even though I've only earned say 85 or 93 coins or something. Just seems weird.

    I believe that you should carry your phone all day long to earned enough coins of the day.

      That's not the issue, it's how many coins they're paying me not how many steps I'm doing

    Well, maybe try to use that for some days and see what could happen or email them.

      Try to use this app, because I did remember that when I start to use I only can collect 100 coins but after I can collect 200 coins. Or you can contact them.

      Gotcha. I'll just keep doing what I'm doing and hope the error sorts itself out, it's only done it the last few days. I want all the coins I can get so I get my voucher faster 😂
