I used to be Catholic and yes I agree the environment of it makes us calm and peaceful.
This is the entrance lobby of cathedral my mom goes to. It's a small town cathedral, and has a cozy and welcoming decoration. Even though I am not a Catholic, when I go there, I feel the peace and love.
