# 67 : This not a good experience! What is going on?
Just opened the app and had 16 coins taken away! I've started monitoring my coins every time I use the app and it's happening at least 3 times a week. No wonder it's so hard to get them to add up. Ive had this app for 3 years now and it just progressively getting worse. I think it time to find a new one. I've tried complaining and they don't even acknowledge me. I'm so over it! Watch your coins guys!!!

Happened to me a couple days ago, if I didn't uninstall the app and install it back in, I would probably losing my coins still.

16 coins omg! Tonight I opened the app and was missing 13 thousand! I had almost 120 thousand and this is the second time this has happened to me

Same thing for me the last week. Today l walked over 10000 steps and got 0 step coins.
