Whoever knew that you can eat the catcus flowers? Basically you can eat most of the catcus. I have just finished watching a mini documentary on the catcus. They said the prickly pear cat is flowers can be eating. They taste like pear but with watermelon texture. You can make many dishes out of it.. Learn something new everyday.
