Do you like this flat? I think it's quite nice. Each person has their own space to relax, and there’s enough storage. Actually, the layout is pretty cute.

I'm guessing it's the angle of the pic but there looks like the there's no space between the first floor bed and the stairs. If it was me, I would install a drop down screen by the beds, just to provide a bit of privacy at bed time but nice for tight spaces. Also my consider those nice chaise sleeper sofas. They are seating during the day, opening up floor space, the chaise part lifts up for additional storage, and the other part pulls out for a full size sleeping space.

They need to build these in the US. We have a housing shortage. This setup is amazing!
