I mean, if you're clean is not so bad, but if you've been sweating all day, I would say at least two or three times a day, it's really hot outside.
How many times will you wear clothes? I wear mine twice typically. If I've showered and am clean, I feel like I can wear the same clothes the next day. Of course it depends on if they get dirty or not. I wouldn't wear them again if there is something on them. I do not wear them to the same place twice in a row though.
