Would you rather buy desserts or make them at home?
I prefer to make from scratch so I can get better at cooking/baking and it's healthier. but sometimes I like to have something instantly, or it's so novel and new that I want to see what it typically tastes like before I try to make it on my own

Depends. Buy ice cream and sometimes cake. Make rice krispie treats because they taste better.
