I used to HATE coffee.
Then I discovered coffee ice cream and coffee yogurt.
Delicious, but that was because they were heavily sweetened. Still hated coffee as a drink.
Then I was introduced to Vietnamese coffee Ca Phe Sua Da, as well as Stok's black cold brew coffee. Both are quite strong but without the bitterness.
Once I got used to those I appreciated strong coffee flavor more, and have begun to enjoy cappuccinos. Not ready for espresso yet lol

It takes time and the right mixture. Mine was always way more sugar than needed but I've managed to almost cut it out now.
