feeling antsy

what do you do when you're feeling antsy? I don't feel calm right now... but i'm too antsy to do anything that i should do, i don't know how to gwt out of the loop. It's so bad!!

    Look up "box breathing" and "yoga breathing". These are some breathing exercises which were recommended to me by my doctor to help with the situation. 
    
    They can help you relax and clear your thoughts so that you can break out of that loop. I found them to be enormously helpful.

    If deep breathing doesn't work I take a chill pill.
