20.92 - My sleep is always fractured. I sleep for a couple hours, get woke up, got back to sleep for a few more hours, wake up and eat breakfast with usually makes my stomach hurt so I lay down and end up falling asleep for an hour or so.
Just wondering how many hours do you guys sleep on average?
I slept 6 hours only
