confused n mad

i worked very hard to get over 11k coins in total and somehow with out buying anything i now have 5k? so im wondering where the other 6k+ went .. nn i check rewards to make sure i didn't buy anything and i didn't so im very angery and i'm literally sad that i went through blood and sweat and tears to get coins for them to disappear
