lazy

how do you deal with trying to overcome lazyness when you get home? i'd be feeling very productive or at least energized while i'm out then the moment i get home i just want to curl up on the sofa... i know some people use the shoes trick (do not take your shoes off indoor) or the clothes trick (do not hange into indoor clothes) but i dont know i feel like i would still be curled on the sofa, just uncomfortable lol

Rest and eat better. Adjust what goes I. Your mouth adjust your kitchen setting

True, it can be, especially if you do a lot of snacking or eating a lot of junk. But not always.

Maybe planning something fun to do once you get home or set aside time just to work on a project.

Io sono molto attiva. Quando poi mi dico che devo stopparmi, mi stoppo proprio. Recupero

Leaving outdoor clothes or shoes on does nothing for me. Sometimes I'll set a timer for a certain amount of 'lazy' and when it goes off, I have to do 1 thing, which propels me into doing more. But you know, sometimes it's that lazy feeling is your mind and body saying it needs a break to take that rest.

My dog keeps me going even when I don't want to.
