Workout routine

Good morning ๐ŸŒ„ 

It's Tuesday, before starting today, I have a question about your daily workout routine.

 

Do you do workout before having meals or after consuming the food. The idea of which one is better might be controversial.

For me, I go to the gym before breakfast and go for a walk after dinner.
