Is this routine for everyone or just patients presenting symptoms?ย
My family doctor referred me to get a cardiac test. I'll get my heart check three times.
As the 1st one, they measured my blood pressure and did the ultrasound.
The 2nd check will be in next week.
I hope everything is fine ๐

Very important check! I keep tabs, personally as per doctor orders, on my blood pressure... I'm supposed to check daily, but ever since I quit smoking cold turkey over 2 years ago, and started running marathons, I haven't had to worry about it as much ๐
