I had the issue the other day but it worked the next day Starting to see lots of posts about this issue 😕
Is anyone else having a hard to redeeming gift cards right now? I have tried over the past few days but I keep getting a message saying they cannot verify my account? Maybe the wait time between cards has changed from 24 hours to longer? I usually wait a few days regardless.

I redeemed coins almost three weeks ago now and have sent multiple emails to customer support and still haven't heard anything yet, not even a "thank you for contacting us, we are looking into it" notice or anything. It's really starting to irritate me...

I collected almost 17000 and when tried to redeem says my account been suspended. I send emails from month now with no respond😭

L'unico modo che hai per aggirare il problema è quello di provare con un numero di telefono che non è legato a nessun account e che non hai mai usato per questa applicazione così facendo però hanno creato un problema enorme per gli utenti

Purtroppo ho avuto anch'io questo problema l'unico modo per aggirarlo è dando un nuovo numero di telefono in questo modo ti mandano il messaggio di verifica e poi ritirare il tuo premio ma se ogni volta che ritiro un premio sono costretta a inserire un nuovo numero di cellulare allora sono cazzi
