I suffer from many skin issues: extremely dry skin that peels, flakes, and cracks nearly year round; eczema; rosacea that turns my cheeks purple; dry scalp that looks like dandruff; and an oily face. Someone explain to me how my skin can be so dry AND oily at the same time... Anyway, the changing season always brings new skin woes. This clip from The Weather Channel had some good information.
