Ok, after my dogs, grizzly bears are my favorite animal. My second favorite is the Sea Otter. My third favorite is the Red Panda. I fell in love with them when we would go to our hometown zoo when I was a kid.

Did you know that red pandas are not actually related to giant pandas? Despite their name, red pandas belong to their own unique family called Ailuridae. They are more closely related to raccoons, weasels and skunks than to giant pandas.
