I feel like yuzu-flavored foods are quite popular right now. Yuzu is a citrus fruit from East Asia, known for its tart, fragrant flavor, often used to brighten dishes.
A couple of days ago, I had a bowl of yuzu-flavored ramen. Normally, after finishing a bowl of ramen, I feel a bit heavy, even if it tastes great while I'm eating it. But the addition of yuzu, a citrus fruit with a tangy, refreshing flavor, really cuts through the richness and gives the dish a lighter feel."

Sounds very interesting flavor: i know i drink yuzu tea in a winter time for cold.

Yuzu sauce also taste really good especially for salad.
