I've heard of poutine but have never had it. Is it a southern US dish?
This summer i was at a festival they had food trucks, I decided I wanted something from the beaver tail food truck. At first I was thinking about getting something sweet but then i ened up getting the poutine beaver tail. Its was good but it could have been better if the chesre was melted and the gravy was less chunky.

I find that Beaver Tails poutine tastes just the same as Costco's.

I personally prefer the costco one cause the cheese is more melted and the gravy is smoother
