Have you tried contacting support? I'm sure you're not the only person who has had this issue.
When I sign up I used a phone number that I don't use anymore. Now I have a new phone number. I can't convert my points without my old phone number. I don't know how change my phone number to my current phone number. Please help me. Thank you.
