My favorite way to spend a summer evening is having friends over for a backyard movie night. I bring out a projector, the giant inflatable screen, and set up a bunch of blankets and pillows for everyone to sit on. We often sit outside for hours after the movie is over, just talking and laughing under the stars.

I love that! That sounds like it would be so much fun! I would not have the movie equipment in my yard. And I would have to go out and buy a bunch of extra bedding and pillows. But it sounds like you have the perfect setup!
