Bad Posture

I have neck and back pain these days. I think it was caused by my bad posture. When I use a computer or cellphone with improper posture, I feel neck and shoulder pain. Also, I sleep on my stomach instead of on my back, so I have back pain, too. 

 

I think stretching could help to reduce my symptoms, but I only love hiking. 

 

It is my concern these days....

    I was in a talk last week and one speaker suggested to get up and walk or stretch every 40 minutes if you have a desk job.

    I have this problem as well, my mom makes me do these “wall sit” for 5 mins at a time where I go up to a wall and slide down it until I can bend my knees at a 90 degree angle and then hold that position for a few minutes. It really helps my back and it might help you as well!
