Hmmm... That is an interesting fact/issue.
Just heard the news TikTok is shutting down its streaming music service (which is already launched in several countries like Brazil, Mexico and Australia but not in US/Canada) and will just focus on its feature called "Add Music To App".
Maybe Tiktok just realized there's no point in competing against established streaming music platforms like Spotify and Apple.

That’s fair, Apple Music and Spotify are both very established so trying to compete with them would be hard, I wouldn’t be surprised if they were just focused on making their app better and making a music feature rather than making a streaming service, a lot less work.
