Made my day! ๐Ÿฅฐ

I just got home from picking up my son from school and then grocery shopping. There was a young lady there, maybe 15 years old? She seemed very shy by the way she was wringing her hands and had her hood up and head down, but I definitely could be reading her wrong! I'm definitely not a professional at reading body language at all! After smiling and nodding to her a couple of aisles back, she got my attention by saying "excuse me, miss?" I thought this was very polite and responded with a very chipper "Hi! Yes?" To which she said "you're very pretty". That was all that she wanted! Is she not the sweetest girl ever!? I told her she is! She totally just made my day! ๐Ÿฅฐ

Love when that happens. I was dressed for a wedding and worked on the way (Iย  shop and deliver groceries). One of the other shoppers called to me as we were leaving the store and told me I was sparkly that day. Lol.ย

I know, right?! She must have great role models! I love that she's starting at a young age to engage in lifting others up rather than the alternative!ย
