Well I don't know who the try guys are and where they air but it sounds a little like what I watch here, impractical jokers. They are four best friends who challenge each other for different tasks and they are sometimes hard or embarrassing to do. Then they judge each other and if they pass they get a thumbs up. At the end of the day one of them is a loser because they don't pass muster. Then they have to go through a punishment served up by the other guys.
