I don't have problems in redeeming them whilst in getting them because they're not paying the challenges

My most recent redemption took 10 days before it was cleared. Give it another day and if it's still processing send customer support an email about it and they will take care of it. Once you contact them through email it hopefully won't take much longer. Do note that it can take 24-48 hrs to hear something back from them but they will get back to you.

No I have not experienced that as it comes instantly after verification. Maybe contact the support team to find out what's going on?
