Today is national compliance officer, situational awareness, dumpling, pancake, Johnny Appleseed and Shamu the whale day. This is not the IHOP pancake day so don't expect a free short stack. It originally started as Lumberjack day because 2 friends wanted to eat pancakes and it was a week after "Talk like a Pirate Day". So they made the theme lumberjacks because it's a good way to eat a lot of pancakes.
