You have to open the lock screen and collect the coins.
Last night, I was at Disneyland and walked more than 20,000steps. But coins were not showing and never been counted for some reason. I closed the app and reloaded but it didn't work. I will send the pictures. How did it happen?

That's so sad that you lost all of those coins!! 😭 I've had where the steps wouldn't add. The customer support is horrible. I've lost our on coins a few times, but there's literally no support.

Wow you only need 5000 coins for a gift card, I need 12500, that isn't fair

Really? I have been using this app for a while. It used to be 2000 coins to get a gift card. They keep raising the coins.

The app it self says you can walk up to 20,000 steps a day. Witch = 200 coins

I'm was supposed to get 200 coins but I didn't. It's a bummer!
