I'm having this same problem I messaged them no response
I have over 6k coins so I went to claim my first reward. However, it won't let me, telling me at least 500 coins must be from walking. I've been using the app for over 2 weeks, claiming the max walking coins per day. I should have well over 500 walking coins by now.
