A lot of people have been complaining about delays processing their redemptions. You should probably email the support team to get some help
Does anyone know how long it takes for a gift card to process? I redeemed my coins for a $5 Amazon Gift Card about three days ago and it is still processing. And I can't redeem another one until the one I bought finishes processing.

I don't know. I just redeemed a card a couple days ago and had no problems, I got mine instantly like always. Not sure why everyone else is having problems. I have never had to wait. I would cash out and it would be right there in my rewards section.

It has to be a bug then. And the developers do not care in the slightest.

Yeah I don't know. I hear a lot of people complaining and I went to try anyways and I got mine right away, like always. So I dunno guess I should count myself as lucky it's not affecting me.

I had that problem back in Sept. I uninstalled the app for about 6 weeks. Just recently got back on it and issued my reward. Now I'm sick in processing for the past week. Wonder myself how long it will take
